There are many of those special moments during wedding receptions at River Forest Country Club. The fabulous setting, impeccable service and elegant cuisine at our semi-private club combine to create a memorable day. You're not going to find another place like this in Western Pennsylvania.

Our 10,750 square-foot clubhouse is a retreat that benefits from the lush forest outside, and the upscale touches indoors, offering a comfortable, yet elegant feeling. The windows in our expansive dining room showcase our gorgeous natural setting.

Expect your reception at River Forest to be a photographic opportunity. We offer over 300 beautiful acres here. We have wooden bridges throughout our golf course, a gazebo, numerous flower beds and a beautiful pond and fountain. You can take a photo at sunset off the 18th hole.

We can handle up to 150 guests in our Dining Room, which has a palette of the natural elements as a backdrop for your event: black leather arm chairs, wooden beams in the ceiling, impressive stone fireplace, and wooden trim. Brass chandeliers glow above the round tables.

For smaller, more intimate groups, we can use just part of this room for your event. Our 720 square foot terrace surrounded by the course is also a welcoming space. Wedding receptions can be held with us on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. There are options of dinners, lunches, brunch or buffets. Or perhaps you want a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. We can even provide a dance floor for after-dinner entertainment at your event.

The dishes we create for you will be beautifully prepared.  The menus and superb cuisine are prepared by our kitchen manager and staff. Consider some of the choices: Citrus Butter Orange Roughy, Chicken Saltimbucca, Prime Rib Au Jus or Herb Roasted Pork Loin. Our attention to detail is the kind of 'white glove' service we bring to every moment of your wedding event.
